It should be fine unless it was really hot which I doubt at this time of the year. Just stick it back in the fridge.

NO NO NO!!! Cheese is supposed to be left out if you want to eat it the right way! Two hours is not long at all, unless you live somewhere really hot or humid. Enjoy!

No. Even if you'd left it overnight, at most you'd need to scrape off the skin to get to the fresh cheese inside.

No wrap it up and put it in the refrigerator.
You may not want to eat the parts that have crusted or become hard. There's nothing harmful about it, it just has an awful texture when eating.
