My boyfriend still hasn't bought me a gift for Valentine's day or for our one year anniversary which was two days after V-Day. I buy him so much including a new cell phone and plan, a Zune MP3 player, a hotel room, an expensive yankees Lid. I do make more money than him (I'm 18, he's 24), but still. I deserve something more than just a red rose. Am I foolish to give him so much?

Yeah, you've given him too much, stop it. Does he really love you or just for fun? What was his reaction when he accepted your gifts? It is the time you should consider your relationship carefully.

yes. try not buying him anything for a while, if he starts to act differently, maybe nicer, then you would probably know where his true feelings are...your wallet
