I'd say CalTech, Cal Poly, Berkely, UCLA. My cousin went to Cal Poly and now works as a Civil Engineer for the city of Chino.

Harvey Mudd is a great school I have found out after taking many tours and looking into it, I already applied and it's my number one choice :]

I would stay away from UCLA - too theoretical and USC - to expensive and worthless. I went to CSUF - and it kicked ***.
