Does this Wisconsin girl have to remind you that around these parts soda and chips are merely sides to go with the Brats & Beer? Well, save the soda for the kids.

Beer and Brats. I like to cook my brats in beer, slice up an onion and boil them for about 6-8 mins and they are done.

I'd soak the brats in beer and eat them with soda and chips ... and a nice salad, because we all need some vegies in our diets!
