Ok, based on my last question, some people are offended. Naturally Im not worried because this question is addressed to Christians as opposed to members of the 'religion of peace'. No one worries about being killed for such criticisms.

Ok Christians, suppose brother McFroy tells you "Brother, I am under so serious spirtual attack...major spirtual warfare going on!" What do you advise them?

1) Seek immediate therapy or committ yourself, I will drive...dont go anywhere.

2) I will pray for you.

3) I know brother, me too.

4) Lets get a prayer team on this, I will call you next thurday.

The total nut-ball will verbally attack you and track you down. I wouldn't start anything with the Internet religious fanatics. There is no way of knowing what your magnet is going to draw in.

How about, "Be more specific."

The concept of spiritual warfare is the belief that evil forces are fighting to interfere with your relationship with God. If a person is under a spiritual attack, they should be able to site specific examples. If not, then they're just trying (but failing) to sound smart.

Truthfully, spiritual warfare is going on all the time. The trouble is, many religious people get so bogged down in the church-speak of modern church culture that they need to take a deep breath, figure out what these terms mean, and apply them in a useful way.

If my brother brought that anguish to me, I would stay and pray with him as long as he needed, if possible I would include someone we both respected. We did at one time take a member of my family for professional help, the effects of the medicine seemed good at first. Many more problems arose after that. Drug addiction and other unusual behaviors. I was sort of lost myself at that time, but happy to say we both have since found our way back where we belong.
