The Navy Seals would be a good experience for you. If you speak another language that's a bonus for you. Navy Seals are 99.9% better than anyone else in a uniform. They are the most elite unit's the U.S. has to offer, right along side Delta Force.

It also depends on which country. You will have to qualify for secret clearance to become a Navy SEAL. Some of the questions are where were you born? your family? countries visited? citizenship in other countries? These things add up and they decide if you are able to obtain it or not, if not then you will have to get rate with the Navy that doesnt require a secret clearance. After a few years you will be able to have shown you trustworthy and then you will be able to switch jobs (if they a position is available, and so on).

Actually, you have to be able to gain a Top Secret or above security clearance to be a SEAL and they don't give those out to foreign nationals. If you're a US citizen and your background check can be done well enough, your chances are better but I wouldn't count on it. Since you weren't born here, it would be very difficult for NCIS or the FBI to do an in-depth backgound check on you and your family.

Seeing as you can join the military without being a citizen, I don't see why they would refuse the Seal course.
