i don't really know but it doesn't necessarily mean that he still likes you. maybe deep inside, he still has feelings for u. that or he just can't erase u from his memory. after all, it is hard 2 4get about sumone real quick. just live life and hopefully u'll find out the answer soon.

Part of him prob still likes/cares for u, if it bothers u then ask him to stop and just find yaself an new man

it could mean alot of things..or nothing at all. maybe your overreacting and hes not really staring at you..or maybe he still likes you and misses you..i dont think anyone here will really know what it means when he stares at you..if you really wanna know just ask him.
