he does not love us ,that is mans interpretation
to the Gods we are microbes .less than ants
they may be interested in the specie as a whole ,but individuals not a chance
they made us and if we die they just make some more
o big deal for the Gods .

just look at all the wars that are done in gods name ,the billions of people that have been killed and tortured ,and Jehova even sacrificed his own son
does all this sound like love and concern
the Gods dont care if we live or die or if we eat each other
their interests are much wider ,and further removed from Humanities petty behaviors or problems or feelings about anything
sorry to be so negative
but what do you need
comfortable lies or painfull truths it is your choice

Considering that there are 70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 visible stars in the Universe (probably a lot more, but that's how many were counted in 2003 by a group of Australian astronomers) and that on just ONE planet belonging to just ONE star out of the 70 trillion visible stars, there are over 6,000,000,000 people, I would say that the Lord loves you very, very much.

That question doesn't seem relevant to your problem. If its hard to keep faith, then I'm sure you shouldn't fake it. Being true to yourself and lying about your faith and thus lying to "God" is probably worse.
It's okay to question a few things but if you find yourself not believing it, then just accept it and move on. There's nothing wrong with that. Other people may tell you, your faith is being tested, but by what? Your own intellect?
Don't ignore your feelings.

Dear Princess,

I want you to imagine something.....Imagine having the knowledge that you were going to send either your own child or a loved one into a horrible part of town. Knowing full well that they would beat your child, slap them, hit them, and spit on them. Now imagine that you knew fully that they were also going to crown their head with a crown of thorns. Next, they would beat your child within an inch of death with a leather whip that had rocks and metal fragments attached to the ends of the whip. Would still allow your son or daughter to go to that part of town?

Well, that's not the end of it. You would have a further knowledge that they were going to hang your child from a cross by putting nails through his wrists, hands, and feet. The crucifixtion was a cruel and painful death. The victim had to push up with their feet to breathe properly. Thus, when they could not bear the pain anymore, no more breaths.

Now how do you feel about sending your son into that part of town?

Our Heavenly Father knew full well what his Son, Jesus Christ, was going to go through. Like our Father, Jesus also knew what lay before him. He gave up his life so that we could return to our Heavenly Father once again.

The Father loves us enough he gave up his son. Jesus loves us enought that he gave up his own life. All he asks of us is to repent and follow the commandments.

Sincerely,

Your Brother, a son of God.

"Agape" is the word in the New Testament's original language for the love of God. It is not like human love; it's endless and limitless. It is not human love stretched to the "'enth" degree. It is wildly extravagant. God's love for you never fails; as far as the east is from the west, so is the perfect love of God. You can hang your hat on it. People will fail us; we will fail ourselves. Our religions, our ideas, our concepts, our interpretations of our experiences...our governments, social structures; all that is human will fail us, but God's love will never fail. You can trust in it: it is the only thing that will save you. In fact, it is so wildly extravagant, that even if you reject God's love, it will remain and will see you through to the end. Keep your eyes and heart wide open, because it will suprise you.

You've got me really wondering what denomonation church you are attending.
God's love for you is perfect. There are no conditions to it. He is like the best father you could possibly have. Can you imagine what life would be like if your dad didn't make mistakes? Well, that's God. He is Abba Father. Abba is like saying daddy, and there is a big difference between a father and a daddy.

Look at the cross of Jesus Christ.
Paul tells the elders in the church of Ephesus:
"Be on your guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God, which He purchased with His own blood." (Acts 20:28)
"Knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ." (I Peter 1:18,19)
In a world like this that is constantly vying for your attention and drawing you away through clever phrases and striking images and a thousand and one things trying to capture your attention, you need to withdraw yourself from all the clamor, quiet your heart and seek the presence of God through prayer and the reading of His Word. Salvation is a gift, received by faith, but it has been well said that the cost of freedom is eternal vigilance.

Think of your very favorite thing, like the scent of adding just enough oregano to the soup. The soup your making because it's so cold outside, another storm is coming. But you're OK, because Hubby's TV is blasting and the soups on and God is in us :)

Don't feel bad, the way I look at it, the Lord only loves you as much as you will allow him too. Or maybe, just maybe, he loves us all the same and the only faith you need is a healthy conscience--if you lack that you're sunk.

Depends on who "us" is. John 3:16's "world" becomes a little smaller when you read 3:18. God loves His own, they were predestined and foreknown before the foundations of the world. He draws them unto himself without anything that we could possibly do to merit this. Your job: follow Him.
