Dignity is the key to gaining the strength to change your life. Always be proud of yourself and know that you are greater than fitting in some fancy clothes...it's about you as a person.

1. Get a colonic. Enema.

2. Drink a gallon of water a day.

3. Chiropractor. With the weight you're carrying, your spine is probably not in alignment. If you aren't in alignment, you probably don't have the energy for proper sleep and exercise.

4. Cleanse. Buy a Juicer and drink Veggie juices. Apple Cider Vinegar. Bulk Green Tea. Eat fibrous foods.

Avoid the foods that got you where you are.

5. Get a massage. If you can't afford that, get a loofah pad and some nice oils and give yourself a rub down, scrub the surface level of your skin...get rid of impurities, and make yourself feel better.

6. Sweat. Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam...try that to start. Stretch in that environment to loosen up your body...purge excess salts and the body's wastes.

7. Find a friend with the same exact goal as you. You need emotional support, and to give support. Total determination is required.

8. Activity. Exercise. Hiking. Walking. Swimming....get a Coach or someone who knows what they are doing. Copy them or have them teach you.

9. Strength training. Yoga.

10. Find an enjoyable life for yourself.

and more important than anything, ask God for help. Oh, yes. God is the key.

Please don't focus on how many pounds you weigh or what size pants you wear. Instead, focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Eat smart (avoid fad diets--just use common sense--light, healthy meals) and get regular exercise. I know it sounds like I'm being flippant, but this really is important. How did human beings survive for thousands of years without scales and pant sizes? :-)

10lbs = 1 dress size.

So, you would be weighing about 180.
