There seems to be a difference in taste of my orange juice when it's been in the fridge for awhile and when I first open it. Why? Are the signs totally clear, when it actually has gone bad/gone off, no longer fit to drink?

Normally see the expire date that will do the work.

Bad, Pleaze. Just drink it, don't worry. Food never goes bad because fo example when milk gets all junky, that just means it's pudding. Thats why people from Africa and other countries hate us so much because we throw out food that can still be eaten. Yeah sure its bad but think about it. Just drink the damn orange juice and don't worry so much about it. Ya heard!!

The consistency changes and it gets thick. And the taste is just...off.
If you're questioning drinking something, then it's probably best to leave it alone and buy another carton.
I'd just go but expiration dates if I were you.
