Some girls like country boys. If you listen to the song, it says something about the southern accent. A lot of girls (myself included) just die for an accent. I go gaga over them...

Some girls get sick of the preppy city guys and want someone who will come give you a big hug even if there all sweaty, and isnt afraid of snakes, and doesnt scream when they see a spider. I know not all of the city guys are like that but city guys and cowboys are nothing alike. Cowboys are more romantic :)
