there is boy at my school that always stares at me so i ask my brother why his friend is always looking at me everytime he sees me, and my brtother said dat he maybe likes you and said i should go talk to him cause he doesn't like going to people and starting a conversation to those he really don't know and he is shy also. i want to talk to him besides saying hi all the time like usual and then walking away, but i don't know what i should say to him and how to ask him if he really likes me. If anyone can give me advice i would mostly appreciate it. Thanks!

What I would do would be to ask him directly. Or, try being his friend at first. If he is shy he might not be able to answer if he likes you or not. So become his friend first and then ask him down the road if he wants to hang out sometime. That might get the ball rolling.

Go up to him and say hi I like your shirt or ask him did he see some movie. Or ask him how old is he or ask do he have a girlfriend give him some hints that you like him.
