What's a good program to record voice on the computer. The one im using records the sound too low.

I might recommend audacity. It's an open-source overall recording program.
It also allows multiple tracks and a variety of effects.

Before the program gets the blame have you checked the Mic recording volume in Volume Control?
Start > Programs > Acessories > Entertainment > Volume Control
(If the control for MIC isn't there then fiddle with the options settings)

I don't really think that's a problem of the program you're using.
You have to check your volume control and buy the right mic.
But if it works for you, I recommend COOL EDIT PRO or ACOUSTICA
