Fish is brain food, so much so that here in the UK some areas have started giving Omega 3 supplements free to school children, after really positive trials. Either eat more fish, or take a good omega three supplement.

As a student before we go in a test we usually eat chocolate soo they say for the memory the best thing is "sugar" soo my advice is to eat chocolate

For memory, eat chocolate! It is good for attnetion span,too! But don't eat too much, it is high in calories. Oh yeah, dark chocolate is healthiest and it good for your good cholesterol!
