Not if you are trying to starve yourself.

Even on a diet you still need at least 1000 calories. I'd say you are about 400 calories short of that. Why don't you eat a bowl of plain fat free yogurt. It will give you a little calcium.

i think you should have eaten cereal not a granola bar because cereal is the greatest food of all time.
Whether you ate too much depends on the size of that peanut butter and apple. If its only a little peanut butter and a normal apple then no youre fine. If its a huge monster apple and a 10 gallon drum of peanut butter then yes you at too much fatty.

If that is all you eat for 24 hours it's not nearly enough ... but if it's what you ate in one meal, it may be way too much ... a lot depends on the size of the apple and how much peanut butter was on it. It would also help to know what the ingredients were in the soup.

No way babe! You didn't even eat close to enough food. Well OK never mind. If you haven't had dinner yet then you are OK. But if this is all than that is bad. You need to have at LEAST 1000 calories a day. Why are you eating so little? Is it to lose weight? If so I want to let you know that you can't lose weight like that. Your body well store the stuff you eat and it will become fat. If you want to lose weight or something eat healthy and work out at least three times a week.

i will tell you right now.. A granola bar doesn't have enough nutrition.. Actually the facts are, if you eat more of healthier foods you will **** it all out and lose weight. Walking is the best exercise to replace fat with muscle and tone your body. It worked for me.. Trust my word, my mother is a health nut.. Crash dieting, like what you are doing, will only make things harder.. Especially when you're hungry and you don't eat enough.. To lose weight you need to put good foods(tomatoes, dark veggies, hamburger meat, onions, eggs,earthly foods) into your body so that it can carry the fat out.. If you starve yourself, it makes your body hold onto the fat because it has nothing to wash the body clean with.. And nothing to give it.. Not so much(white breads, greasy foods, candy, icecream, any chips or sandwhiches, no Taco bell, McDonalds, Burgerking,) Drinking a lot of water helps you lose a lot of weight.
good luck, and eat something. don't think because you're barely eating that you're going to get into any kind of shape because you're not. In fact until you eat the right foods, you won't be nearly as healthy as you could be.. Trust me, try this, and you will amaze yourself..

Well, I think you went a little overboard with the peanut butter. Did you know peanut butter has MSG in it!?! That's totally bad for you. You should go throw up right now so you can get rid of the peanut butter.

No that sounds healthy if you have a weight problem dont eat any more but otherwise you could eat more

you should really find a nutritionist and make an appt they will tell you what foods to eat and make a menu and everything

you should eat more healthy foods (it will give you more energy) and will improve your health. you should at least eat 1,500 calories a day.
