I asked this girl out on a secound date and she said sure. When would a girl tell me she does not want to go out with me, would she have said no or something when I asked her to go out on a secound date, if she said sure for a secound date does that mean she likes me?

If you ask her on a second date, and she says yes, that means she likes you enough to want to go on another date with you. Doesn't necessarily mean she's madly in love with and wants to marry you and raises babies and puppies together... it just means she enjoyed the first date enough to want to repeat the experience.
Keep asking her out on dates... when she doesn't want to date you anymore, she'll say no.
Don't stress about it or overthink it, just go.

All this means is that she's not repulsed by you. Whether or not she likes you - time will tell. If she really didn't want to see you again, she would have acted "busy" and made up some excuse; or if she was really honest, she would have let you know she was not interested. If she didn't like you she wouldn't have said yes the first time let alone the second. You will know when she is ready to move on. It never hurts to ask her what she wants to do and if she is having a good time.

If she didn't like you, she'd probably make an excuse. Just see how the date goes. If she's open with you, and trying to be close - she likes you. :D
