bad stuff in it what is the best stuff to watch instead to please Christ? It is kind of boring without watching them. I need to become a better person.

Find a science show, or history to watch. There are many good shows. Try a nature program, or a do it yourself show. If you have cable movies are always an option. TCL as well. Good Luck, and more power to you for trying to do the right thing!

I understand the attraction. I must admit I am a GH fan. The problem is they tend to open us up to fasle expectations and normalizes corupt behavior. If you are mature enough to guard your thoughts then a little harmless escaping isn't a problem, but if it is filling you mind and affecting your relationship with Christ then you need to pull away. Try cutting down on your soap time and replacing it with a study or a service of some sort. Before long you'll be saying Erica who?

The History Channel, the Science Channel, National Geographic Channel, Discovery Channel, Discovery Health Channel, HGTV, DIY, Discovery Home Channel. You may be suprised how interesting the programs on these channels can be.

The soaps are arguably doing more for you than religion. If you want to become a better person, read widely, especially philosophy.

Its okay to watch shows you enjoy as long as you appreciate for being a fictional show. Being a better person is not about what shows you like to watch. It is about your day to day actions.

Jesus really wouldn't care what TV you watch. Good deeds are important, not good programmes. Become a better person by helping other people.
At least, that's what I think he'd say if he was alive.
