but i need to run or walk because she says i need to gain weight that i'm underweight but i hate just laying around feeling fat in the house i feel i need excercise but i can't because i feel cold due to eating disorder...should i gain weight then run? or situps?

Gain weight and exercise at the same time. Eat, the take a jog around the neighborhood or something.

don't worry, if you lost so much weight you're probably really skinny--so when you gain weight you're not getting "fat," just "normal"
but i understand needing to exercise...so
try a stationary bike or treadmill if you can't go outside
i dont know where you live but when it gets warmer biking outside is great exercise, also walk everywhere you can
exercise and then eat a big meal, or vice versa

So, try weightlifting. Adding muscle will add weight. Also, some peeople drink protein drinks while trying to gain weight...your local GNC should have a weight-gain mix that they can sell you.
