Bring him in your room, push him against the wall, and french kiss throughout the party.

Go somewhere where the room isn't inhabited by people. Got upstairs in your room, or the "Off limits" rooms you set out. You should talk to him about your past while getting closer to him. Then go in for the kiss.

when u first see him give a peck on the lips. or during the party pull him away from the crowd or somewhere quite and give him a kiss.
