maybe you have INSOMNIA like me! I lie in my bed and listen to quiet music and i also play games on my ipod(like solitare) finally when you feel you are drifting off DON'T MOVE AT ALL! this will probably help! or just lie in your bed and pretend like you are a candle melting. SERIOUSLY--it sounds dorky, but it works. Say you do the candle thing for 10 hours (just relaxing, no moving) it is the same as getting 5 hours of sleep!

Cool huh? I know it totally works for me! (Sometimes) ;) have fun!

I HOPE YOU GET TO SLEEP SOOON! GOODNIGHT & GOOD LUCK! ***

Go for a run about an hour before bed, get all my energy out. Take a nice long shower. Eat a snack, Oreos with milk, or an egg or something that sounds good. Milk and Turkey are a good choice because of their chemical make up, and how it reacts with neuron receptors in the brain.... it makes you sleepy. Then I go to bed, perhaps with a book... but not a murder mystery or something too exciting, cause then I'll read until 2 in the morning. And if none of that works I count sheep.=) LOL. Anyways the worst thing you can do is worry about not getting enough sleep, because if you worry about it then you are for sure not going to sleep.

God Bless!

You can just lay around in bed and think about stuff, but not something that distracts you so much, and close your eyes while thinking. works for me!
