How to make Hyderabad people to follow traffic rules?

Several governments came and gone but none is able make the Hyderabadis to follow traffic rules. For Hyderabadis traffic lights are just decoration symbles nothing more than that. If you stop at the traffic light when it is RED that means either you're a stupid or new to the city. Every day hundreds of traffic accidents and deaths still Hyderabadis have not learnt any lesson. RTC bus drivers are the worst lot. By the way I am also an Hyderabadi!

We can talk and convince people who knows nothing or knows every thing. However you try, you cannot change the mind set of people who have half-knowledge. (They are the extra smart category). I think you know what they are called in Indian language- MOORKH. I think most of the hydarabadi's fall in this category. So, it is next to impossible to change the Hyderabad people to follow trafic rules or any good n sensible thing to do.

I think presently there is no answer for this question. Follow no traffic rules for safe riding and safe reaching. A sensible and safety person on road is that person who goes in to loops and spaces where ever he finds and reaches destination as fast as possible leaving behind the others by any method.
