My girlfriend who i was in love me left me for some other guy. I kow feel totally crushed. I know that i need to put her in the past and forget about her so what is the easiest way to move on after a breakup and get over the person you were with??

Find distractions such as hobbies or start working out going to the gym. Maybe start looking for a new one (if ready). Life goes on. You will never forget but w/ time the pain will ease. Good Luck!

Just think of all the bad stuff about her and what she did to you! That should make you pretty angry when you put your heart and soul into someone and then they just throw it your face!! Just hang out with your mates a lot and keep distracted. Your not going to forget about her straight away but in time she will be forgotten.

Stay busy, work overtime, go to the gym, go out with the boys, let your friends and their girlfriends know your single and looking, then start dating dating dating! She left you for someone else she wasnt worth having to begin with, and your love this part..... if she did it to you she'll do it to him.Your going to find a girl thats so much better then that skank.
