i need to find a website that sells microsoft word 2007 for under $200. can anyone help?

Don't waste your money!!! Anybody can buy the educational version of Microsoft Office (I think it is about $100-150) and install it. It includes Word and much more. You do not have to show you are an enrolled student or anything. Microsoft implicitly acknowledges this. After all, everyone is learning, so everyone is a student. You can get it at any electronics store or university bookstore or online.

Do you really need it??? Before you buy - Try the award winning office suite OpenOffice. It's free, up to date, and is compatible with MS and other office suites.
