Cities should be allow to grow only so large depending upon the number of the population. Allowing population to overgrow can bring on many problems.
1. More crime.
2. Need for more and more and more police.
3.And more traffic accidents.
4. And more illegal street drugs.
5. Used by drivers causing more accidents and more deaths.
6. Whatever problem the city has gets worse. If it is a desert town and water is an issue, it can become more of an issue.
