You can work at any Holiday Inn in the world, if they will hire you ! However, it would be an immense advantage to be able to speak the language of the hosting country.
I would also say that it depends on where in the country the Holiday Inn is at. If it is in Seoul - Itaewon is more of a touristy place with English being the primary language. There it might not be that big of a deal........but ANYWHERE else in the rest of the country, you are going to have major difficulties

I speak a little Korean. I feel you would have a hard time working in the hospitality industry in Korea without being able to understand some Korean. After all, most of the guests are Korean. It would depends upon the type of job, too - if you are an accountant or desk clerk or doorman, etc.

You could work as a maid or janitor, but any jobs where you need to talk to the public, you'll need Korean. Most of your guests will be Korean.

Maybe no because it is required.Koreans cant speak english so that you're the one who will take place of you're self specially working in a hotel.
