Well your not a stalker by asking this ??. However how long have you known this person. Okay, this is a male thing usually, but since this is the 21st century, ask the person out.
You know party - movie - etc. Now if he hasn't got the hint by this time, something must be wrong with his hormones.
By the way does he have a girlfriend??.

well the easiest way to tell him you like him is to show him you know hang out with him and get really close like do things for him like suggesting to get him a drink any little thing like that make him feel special. also you can change your look to make your self more noticable to maybe catch his eye like a new hairstyle, or sexy clothes, or maybe new perfume. pretty soon he might just ask you out or catch on that you are crushing. hope this helps

get a friend to ask. or like someone said write him a secret admirer note. u dont have to make it all lovey-dovey. u can just write sumthing like "hey hows it going?!" and leave him little notes like that. when u see him, also smile at him. there is not easy way though, to tell ur crush that u like them.
