You have met this guy during a business transaction and he also happens to be on the other side of the racial line. If no, why? If yes, why and what do you see yourself talking about over dinner?

I went out with a guy who was a few years older than my daddy ( 46 - I'm 25 ) ... and we sat and talked about what we enjoyed doing, family, friends pretty much anything and everything we found exciting ... I had a lot of Army stories - he had a lot of racing stories ... we talked throughout the whole dinner - things went well ... but for some reason we just didn't click ... he liked to throw his money around and show how much of an " important " person he is ... so that wasn't very attractive to me ... I say go for it ... that's what dating is for ... it's just a dinner ... !

Eeeewww. No, nasty. Different race is fine, no reason that should bother anyone, but old enough to be my father? That's just messed up.
I mean, c'mon, can you really picture yourself licking whipped cream out of his bellybutton? If you can't, then you shouldn't be dating the guy, whoever he is.

George Clooney, Val Kilmer, Patrick Swaysey...that's it otherwise nope.
Why? - because I wouldn't be attracted to old balls. Coworkers on a professional level then maybe.

Not Shallow - Just Honest....you must be old huh? :)
