Your best bet would be to go directly to the airlines websites. You dont pay all the extra fees that travel sites charge you. Try Air Canada or West Jet.

One thing when you do find a low fare on one of the travel web sites. Check that individual airlines website, I have found them to be even cheaper at times.

Use Yahoo's fare chaser. It's best I've found so far. It searches expedia, cheap tickets etc. Good Luck!
