when going to hang out with a girl like mall or movies.... how would you know if its ok to start making out with them (when your not dating).......... also what about for a girl you just met ?

ask the girl if she wants to go see a movie or goto the mall with just you... if she says yes than you know she has some sort of an attraction to you because if she didnt then why in the hell would she go with you?!?! ya kno. Once to your destination if the girl flirts with you, pushing you around, and grabbing you by the arm... stuff like that then go for it.

You don't "know"... You guess. She will let you know if you're going too far, but you have to be good at reading body language and non-verbal cues - which comes with pracitce. Just keep trying is all I can tell you, and listen to your gut feeling.

Eye contact. You can ask her if she's okay with it and get an answer all by just looking at her. Here's how:
Look at her. Establish eye contact.
Move closer, then look at her lips.
Then look back at her.
If she's smiling and looking back, go for it.
If she has broken eye contact, then she's not ready yet.
