is it feeling dizzy, tired, hungry , , and if am pregnant wht should i do first? also can i work out at the gym, or wait for the first month. please advice

First of all, do a pregnancy test. If it's positive, go to your doctor and get evaluated.

As for exercise, I wouldn't do anything strenuous until you talk to your doctor. Maybe stick with a treadmill and nothing high-impact. Just to be safe.

Yes, those can be signs of pregnancy. Do an at home test. If positive make an appt. with the doc. Do not do any high impact workouts(running , aerobics) until you speak with the doctor.

it could be that your stressed.
but if you really think that your pregnant then you should get a pregnancy test or go to your doctor
