It will be very difficulat for us here on the internet to give you a genuine answer. You either ask one of the employee in the Embassy concerned or ask the officials in the Embassy, itself.

If they offer you a job, or have advertise for a position, definately they will indicate the scale of the salary to the position advertised.

In general, local staff in any given embassy would be a little bit much higher than the salaries of let say an equivalent in the civil service of the local government in places like Bangladesh.
