From what I know, cigs are worse long term wise, but both are terrible for your health (think of how many brain cells you kill with just one puff from either one). Cigs are harder to quit, so I heard.

I'd bet my bippy that marijuana is so much better for ones health than cigarettes. Marijuana is not as addictive as cigarettes are. A person can stop smoking marijuana and not go through withdrawals, as those who smoke cigarettes. Marijuana has many health benefits, especially for those with cancer; depression; glaucoma; eating disorders etc. Because it is a wild growing "weed" the government cannot regulate it, therefore it is illegal. It is harder to stop smoking cigarettes cold turkey, because of the nicotine. Marijuana does have the propensity to be addictive, mostly because people just like the way it makes them feel. This is not true for the folks that get all paranoid on marijuana. Some people like it so much that they literally do nothing with the life they have...they are problematic any way you look at it...That is all I have to say. Thanks for asking! Nana

Marijuana is actually better for you then cigarettes because it's all natural. (It's an herb.)
It is easier to stop smoking weed because there are not any chemicals put into it to keep you smoking; cigarettes have some.
Besides there is no point in smoking cigarettes, with weed at least you feel good.
More and more studies show that Mary J helps with long term memory too. Go figure...it's actually good for you!

No, except that it is already illegal. People do not smoke the amount of marijuana that they can smoke of cigarettes. Marijuana does not contain nicotine, and is not physically addicting.

It is much harder to stop cigarettes cold turkey--they are physically addicting.

Cigarettes are worse. they contain added ingredients like nicotine that cause serious addictions. if you smoke cigarettes you are likely to shorten your life expectancy.
weed is a plant that has no added ingredients. it's symptoms include happiness, sleepiness, and of course hunger. there are no studies that show that marijuana can be addictive (but for those that smoke bud just cant get enough), it is also not harmful to your health.
it's difficult to stop either cold turkey 8)

Cigarettes are worse and harder to stop because they're physically addictive. Marijuana is psychologically addictive.

Cigarettes cause cancer, a doctor told me that the only way weed could cause cancer is if smoked out of a joint. Weed is also not addicting at all. It's incredibly easy to stop. I smoked weed everyday for about 8 months, the past month and a half I haven't smoked at all. It's not hard at all.

I think cigarettes are alot harder to quit. Its a physical and some time emotional addiction. As for marijuana I have only met one person who was addicted and i think it was a physiological addiction. As in if he didn't get stoned he was a whiney baby lol. But ya pot isn't as bad as everyone thinks. Id rather have a stoner living next door to me than a crack-head cigarette smoker. (BTW its nasty when you see them "groping" someone elses cig outa a ashtray isn't it? EWW)

Who knows which one is worse. NEITHER is on anyone's recommended list. One causes cancer for sure, the other is like alcohol and usually leads to use of harder, more damaging drugs. In fact, I cannot imagine the papers used to wrap the weed are completely harmless and chemical free.

NEITHER is easy to stop, but cancer will stop you from smoking both.
