Chinese food and Mexican food (minus the cheese, of course) and there are lots of options for people with those issues. Just look around. You will have to start reading labels and may feel better cooking at home more.

Here is an idea for food for a day:

Start with a bowl of oatmeal or corn meal mush (think cream of wheat only it's corn) and soy milk for breakfast with an apple. For lunch, have a tuna sandwich made with real mayo and sweet pickle relish on Ezekial 4:9 bread (doesn't have the wheat allergen in it) with some potato chips, a salad and a glass of water or juice. For dinner, have scrambled eggs (it's a Friday during Lent you know) in a corn tortilla with salsa on top. Or you could have egg and veggie fried rice. Yum.

i've got been vego for the previous 4 or so years because of the fact I hate the style (I admit I do eat sea-nutrition, yet back this is via style no longer the animals). before everything, confirm you're nonetheless going to get sufficient of the supplements and so on which you relatively choose. i became into anaemic for a mutually as, yet went on iron pills - they labored nicely and that i basically could take them each couple of days now. So basically save a watch on your well-being, and next time you're at your GP basically ask if there is something in specific they think of you may observe of - no could desire to especially make an appointment however. As for nutrition, attempt utilising popular recipes and substituting the beef with something else (lentils, mushrooms, an egg particularly of a burger patty and so on.) that's difficult however. I recommend looking into those products called Quorn that's a thoroughly vegetarian meat supplement for foodstuff and it would not style gross like those different ones do. you may get mince, fowl products, even fowl schnitzel. some are somewhat ordinary tasting (like the burger patty) yet try some out and spot how that's, in case you have been a huge meat lover formerly however you won't like them. it is not significant if this is unusual or no longer for somebody your age, you may choose and there is no longer rules to assert what you may and can't eat. do no longer eat an excellent sort of soy products the two. i be attentive to maximum people connect being vegetarian and tofu, notwithstanding this is relatively been shown that there are some enormous well-being hazards in ingesting unfermented soy products. Fermented products which includes soya sauce are high-quality. Google GMO soy. that's no longer basically some conspiracy concept the two, of direction there will be people calling this rubbish, mutually as others will swear this is real. this is as much as you. good success.

My son has been a coeliac (wheat/gluten allergy) and cannot touch dairy, egg or peanut either...since birth, so I really empathise with how you feel.

Try the Free-from shelves in all major supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsburys and Morrisons), and try drinking rice or soya milk (Alpro). You can also get soya ice-cream, and soya yoghurts, and soya cheese. It's not too bad, just makes you become really efficient at reading lables. For example, stay away from anything which has whey in its ingredients as this is derived from cow's milk, and will have lactose in it.

Alternatively, buy stuff online from www.goodnessdirect.co.uk

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Loads, but you may need to be prepared to make your own meals so you know what goes into it.

On the ingredients front, don't worry too much as supermarkets are more accommodating that you think. Try Sainsbury's "free from" range as they have a number of wheat free products there.

If you can't tolerate soya milk (yuck) there is a product called Lacto-free which is, you guessed it, lactose free milk.

Bon apetite!

Well if you live near a trader joe's they have tons of great stuff. I am lactose intolerant, and it sucks, yes.. but if you are not ALLERGIC, and just intolerant, you can still include dairy into your diet. If it bothers you too much, try taking lactaid, its a pill you take right before you eat dairy and it helps you to digest it. I have been lactose intolerant my entire life, and i miss ice cream. But, as long as you don't live in horrible hawaii, you have plenty of options, such as SOY. Which, by the way, is about 10 times better for you than milk! So.. try soy ice cream, soy yogurt and soy milk (i recommend chocolate, its delish!) Good luck and good eating! :)
