Don't go out of your way to flirt. Just pay attention to what she's saying, ask her about herself, be yourself and let your sense of humour come out. She'll know you're interested by your body language without you even thinking about it, so concentrate more on having a good conversation, pay her a compliment if you think she looks nice - forget the flirt-tactics and just let it happen naturally.

Martin, why don't you use the term getting to know a young woman?You know the basics introduce yourself Martin,ask her name,I noticed your smile and I decided to come over and say hello at least.Something so simple will get you in a conversation. Sometimes flirting right away gives the message that you are only looking for one thing.

Being Confident is a good start. Make conversation, and listen when she talks.
After that make sure you pay her compliments.

just try making any comment a little suggestive and see how you get on.
NB. don't go overboard. you don't want to be that guy yelling 'nice melons' at every woman in the fruit section of the supermarket.

just talk to her about anything at all. like this guy and i flirt and we talk about scary movies. well he does most of the talking cuz i HATE scary movies and he likes them so he tells me about them and we talk about just really random stuff. and just be yourself. Girls look for the kinda guy who can just talk with them with out making the girl feel uncomfortable or nervous or anything like that. so just talk to who ever it is and just be your self. if you do, shes bound to like you :)

who she don't, what are her tastes her hobby's and look at her straight on the eye when you meet her shake her hands firmly

Just be nice to her. Give her hugs alot. and be very different than other guys. i like this guy, that has me in a complete chokehold, from doing spontaneous things like that.
