you wouldn't say, that Trucks and SUV's are crap if you lived where it get 25 degrees below zero and three to six feet of snow. I do not think the gas will go up to $5. I do beleive that the car industries have finally realized that the american people are demanding for more fuel efficent vehicles. The OIL Companies can no longer buy the blue prints for these vehicles and trash them. They must be made. The oil companies will just have to start selling batteries.

When the American realise that it is their gas guzzling cars that are contributing to the global warming of this planet and decide to try doing something about it ( like building a more efficient engine ) or at least do SOMETHING to help , the rest of the world might just have a chance .
America contributes 25% of all the polution in the world .

I doubt it. They have been saying its going to go up to five dollars a gallon for the past six years and its never been over three dollars. As soon as elect a non-greedy president we should see gas go down a more affordable price.

maybe it will,seems like every year gas prices go higher,i loved it when gas was 1.20 or 1.60 a gallon,now i pay about 2.30 and i dont think it will ever get down past 2.00
