Is there sheets with a thread count higher than 1500?

i found 1500's, i was just wondering if anyone knew where i could find ones higher, if there were any?

Yes there is. You need to go to a higher end department store such as Barney's, Saks, Bloomingdale's, or Nordstom's......2000 count is what you will find there.

Once you get above approximately 500 count the manufacturers start to count the individual yarns that go into each thread, so you end up with sheets that aren't actually any nicer, but cost alot more. Different manufacturers have different cut-off points for when they start counting yarns instead of threads, but the point is that once the number starts getting high you are paying for a marketing gimmick instead of quality.
