What can I do to lose weight faster, I want to be skinny like those super models, I have no money to get the fat out of me, but any ideas, or safe diet pills, I'm even taking 3 courses of pe, of swiming and soccer, any fast safe way.

My friend told me to make myself to throw up, and starve myself , and only eat ice, but it doesn't work.

DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS! They are dangerous!!

Last year I was visiting my parents and took diet pills (Leptopril -does not contain ephedra) on top on my exercise routine and normal diet. I was 26 at the time, 5'11, 180 lbs. By week three I was sick. I had diarrhea, dry heaves, dizziness, headaches, and a general feeling of being sick. I thought I had caught the flu or something. I had lost 13 lbs in 4 days. One morning I told my mom I didn't feel good. My vision kept blacking out and I felt (for lack of a better way to say it) stoned. Later that afternoon I was walking from the bathroom to my bedroom (a 5 foot walk) and I passed out. I was rushed to the hospital emergency where they did a bunch of tests on me.

My pulse was up to 120, My blood pressure was 150/40, they had to start me on an IV, the did an EKG on me, took blood and urine samples, and a whole barrage of other tests.

They finally got me stabilized and said that I was dehydrated and malnutritioned. I told him that I took diet pills. When I mentioned diet pill, the doctors face lit up and said that's why. He said they can cause a whole bunch of health problems, including death. He told me to toss the diet pills or next time I might not be so lucky.

I was kept in the hospital for almost 10 hours, given 3 or 4 IVs, potassium, juices, and monitored (by the EKG, blood pressure, and heart rate machines) every 15 minutes.

Please take my story as a warning. If you seriously want to loose weight there are better ways (I know because I've lost weight after this)

The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohol, and sodas.

Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.

In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)

Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.

Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)

Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition. Also do a few yoga and pilates exercises to help tone those hard to reach and stubborn areas.

Super model skinny? Gross! If you want to loose weight first you need to be eating the right foods & the right amount of foods.

1.Do not starve yourself. Starving yourself slows your metabolism so when you do eat it processes some food and stores the rest for later. By eating 6 small meals a day, you will loose weight because it keeps your metabolism going.
2. Stay away from sugar, and foods high in grease and sodium. Eat whole wheat products instead of whites. The whites have almost to no nutritional value.
3. The biggest portion of food on your plate should be veggies!
4. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Concentrate on your cardio. Switch your routine every three days. Doing this surprises your muscles and works them harder.
5. If you drink soda, you MUST STOP. Soda is packed with sugar and is very unfilling.
6. Drink lots of water. Before every meal drink a glass of water. It makes you feel fuller and helps with digestion.

I know I wrote a lot and there is so much more. Follow these guidelines and you will loose weight safely as well as undergo life changing habits that will keep you thin. Visit womenshealth.com there is a lot of great advise there!

There really is no safe way to loose weight fast. The only healthy way is to loose 1-2 ponds a week through diet and exercise. You want a low cal, low fat, high fiber diet and exercise at least 3-4 times week 30-45 minutes. I would suggest weight watchers. I lost 70 pounds in 9 months. Plus they teach you how to change your eating habits so that you can actually keep the weight off. Diet pills may help you loose a little faster but once you stop taking them, the weight is going to come right back. Good luck and remember while it's may feel good to look like a super model, being healthy feels better in the long run.

eat only "healthy foods" and get a minimum 1 hour of strenuous exercise per day. This is what I do and I am having trouble gaining weight.

whatever you do, do not drink soda. Limit refined sugar consumption to ~10% of total daily caloric intake. So on a 2,000 calorie diet that is ~50grams max sugar per day.

Excellent excerises for weight loss and body conditioning is running, swimming, jump rope, and other forms of cardio.

I think you should watch what you eat and maintain a healthy diet. Exercising could always help also take it the first few times then increase your exercising habits! Be blessed and I hope you do your best!

P.S. I think you should just be yourself, you dont have to look like a supermodel to be cute.

Exercise is the biggest part of weight loss. Try to find something you like doing, even it is walking. The new Wii video game has helped me lose a few pounds. Also Desert Burn has also helped me control my appetite. Its expensive but it works.

eat healthier, eat healthy carbs, less fats, and dont eat fast food. working out is good as long as its not something you over do. everything in moderation, diets and working out. i lost 40 pounds in a year. just remember not everyone is made to be thin. its all in the genes. and super model thin is unhealthy.

i cut back on carbs (sweets), got the heart healthy butter and dont eat out. snack on fruits and veggies.

Always run on the treadmill.

If you don't have a treadmill you'll have to go anorexic and skip meals. And you know you don't want to do that because when that chocolate is sitting on the counter you will get depressed and eat it all until your really really really fat.

Don't forget to try slim-fast! I LOST 40LBS (SWEET)

instead of 3 full meals a day try 5 smaller ones throughout the day and workout at least 30min a day
