Are there any hospitals or healthcare systems in Venice Italy?

As to the hospitals, if you mean in the old town centre, no there aren't,. Yes, there are if you instead mean in the Venice's area (if I well remember there are 2 hospitals at a short distance from the city's centre, located however either in a different island of the Laguna than is Venice or in the mainland). Anyway in Venice's old town there are a few First Aid Points or E.R. ('Pronto soccorso' in Italian).
