I'm still confussed if I can go onto google, yahoo, or msn and get images then make them into a youtube video. Is this copyright or not?

I haven't heard of anyone being sued for it yet, and if it's free, then I don't see why not, although it might be illegal, it's only truly illegal if someone is going to go after you for breaking the law.

If there is a copyright notice on the images you will most likely be in infringement, I would read the terms of use layed out by the site you are surfing prior to using any images.

It is possibly Copyright Infringement, Which if the Copyright Owner chose to do so, you could be in some serious legal issues and fines...
