It's just a blemish ... they go away eventually .. even though I've seen some nasty ones on my mans back that look alive ... I just be-careful and do a quick sweep before I start digging my nails into him ... lol ... !

just stay with her, pimples will go away after a while(a couple of days a week at most)

pimples on the back are normal, but if its huge and pusy then thats just gross. Umm yeah I would stay.
