you know, i never thought of it that way. i always thought people did it as a prank. but yes, it is sexual harassment.
and no it is not funny.

It is sexual harassment. One who is the depantsing feels this, though the ones doing the depanting thinks it is fun, until they grow up. My poor sister we would do this to her when we were kids, then we grew up and learned it was not funny at all.

It's not funny. It's mean to expose someone like that and very immature. And, yes, it should be considered a form of sexual harrassment. Your pants shouldn't be touched by anyone without your permission.

Its considered both, a prank if both parties find it funny, and sexual harrasment if one party thinks its humilating and doesnt want to go along with it
