How do I restore an Outlook 2003 configuration?

I'm using Outlook 2003, and I want to be able to backup this so that when I do a clean install of it, I can restore this backup and have Outlook open up with all the configuration settings restored. Even down to the color scheme. I know I can export/import the pst files, but this doesn't backup the email server settings. Please help!

You can't. I have been an exchange/outlook admin for a long time and never been able to do this. If you somehow figured out how, please share.
