like 7 pds a week how do i lose like 2 pds in a healthy way? i don't want what happened b4 i just want to be healthy and fit

Eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day (vegetables, oatmeal, egg whites, chicken, fish, etc.), count your calories and don't go over 10xyour body weight (ie, if you weigh 150 don't eat more than 1500), and exercise for at least 30 minutes 5-6 times a week.

To lose weight successfully,you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!

If you lost weight rapidly and without trying you want to see your doctor right away! That happened to me and it turned out that I had Graves Disease (a form of hyperthyroidism). Everyone wants to blame their thyroid when they get FAT but no one ever thinks of it when they get skinny!
