My left eye has been watery and tearing all day. it doesn't look swollen at all (though it feels a little swollen). otherwise it doesn't itch or hurt at all. What could it be?

Overactive tear duct. Doubt just dry or it would itch somewhat. Allergy would also give a symptom you said you weren't feeling. Try rising your eye with water... you may have something very small on surface or under lids... you wouldn't feel that and it would make your eye water. Eyes tears to secrete or defend.

it is just allergies and sinuses everyone is getting it right now. just take a little benadryl before u go to bed tonight it will clear up though

You can probably check to see if you have an astigmatism,because my eyes tear daily because of my astigmatism

It might be conjuntivitis- a condition you will have to see your doctor about, this disease can spead through touch.
