A match made in heaven if you ask me! You didn't say what else you had to go along with it, but here are some thoughts:

1. Mix soup with 1/2 can milk and 1/2 can sour cream. Add 3 T
white wine and chopped green onion. Pour over chicken
cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and continue to bake another 15 minutes.

2. Season breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little
poultry seasoning. Dust with flour and saute in olive oil until
browned. Mix soup with 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup
pineapple juice. Pour over chicken and top with pineapple
chunks. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove cover and
bake another 15.

3. Season breasts with salt and pepper. Create a pocket in
the thickest part of the breast. Take 1 slice ham and 1 cube
jack or provolone cheese and insert into pocket. Brown in
skillet and set aside. Mix soup with sour cream and 1 T dijon
mustard. Place chicken in baking dish and top with soup mix
Bake for 45 minutes covered. Remove cover and sprinkly
with cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes.

Get creative!

Brown the breasts, then place them in a casserole. Add a medium chopped onion, 2 ribs of celery, if you have them, a couple shakes of pepper and the soup, mixed with an equal amount of milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.

easiest:
put chicken breasts in a big fry pan and pour the soup over top and simmer until chicken is fully cooked.

Add any flavors that sound good to you like oregano, pepper salt, onion.

The chicken will be really tender and taste great. and if you want more of a 'meal' boil some pasta, serve a bed of pasta (or rice) with a breast of chicken on top and lots of the 'gravy' over all.
