Ancient Egyptians didn't have last names. They just had "names".

"Last names" as we know them, are comparatively recent (like the 1400's or so). They only came into being as a method to distinguish one Cleopatra in the village from another Cleopatra in the village.
I don't think that was any issue in her time.

Her father was Ptolemy XII Auletes, so I guess it was Auletes.
