I know there are lots of things you can get when your in full time education but what about part time?

You can get practical experience on the subjects you are studying. This will make education more interesting and what is more you will get better marks.

Not much on offer. If you've got kids, you can get child and working tax credit including help with your childcare costs if you work 16 hrs+. You may also be entitled to help with rent and council tax from your local council depending on your household income.

Depends how old you are, grants sometimes, EMA if under 18
The colleges should be able to provide help on this, each one is different. Depends on how many hours you do per week, type of course, age etc

where about in the uk are you as i think it is diffrent in scotland to england. you can clain travel expenses and possibly a bursury but that depends on what level you are studyin eg. NC HNC-HND.
