I would "season" the pan even though its non-stick. You can do this by rubbing Crisco in it for the first baking. After that you should be ok. My experience, though, is that even those advertised as non-stick do stick sometimes, so I always spray anyway!

if it says nonstick it must be non stick . also if you wish to clean your pan before washing it and get rid of that bad smell it gives of , here´s a tip put the pan on the heat and add salt to the pan. leave it like this for 5 to 10 min´s less if you like . don´t worry the pan won´t burn nor will the salt burn then take of the heat wipe with a kitchen towel then use you will then notice there is no smell. Happy cooking, PS if it´s nonstick remember only use plastic or wooden cooking utensils

Oneida isn't really the best brand. Using a LITTLE non-stick spray will not hurt.

well if your not sure you can trust the pan than use the nonstick spray. It will not hurt the pan!

you really should put non stick spray on your pan because I used a pan just like yours and my muffins were in peices when I took them out.

Thats what they say but if you let it burn too much then it sticks so if i were you i would just put some on so it wont stick anyways.

I shouldn't think you would have to if it is a really good one. Just be careful when you wash it. Don't scratch it or you will have to use a little butter or oil lol
