yes i have a 11 month old she will be one on March 6th. and i was wondring when they should start useing a spoon by themself.. and when they can start feeding them selfves?

Give her a spoon,she'll know what to do with it but be prepared for the messes.

She should be able to be feeding her self like finger foods, little puffs and what not as for the spoon though I would introduce it to her but don't expect her to use it for eating. I have a 17th month old and she has within the last month done very well with using the spoon.

I gave mine one around 13 months
I would help her with it in the beginning and have her hold it as we bring it to her mouth, then show her how to scoop it up again.

When you are feeding your child give them a spoon too and they will use it when they are ready it can be around now that they will try Be prepared for a mess to clean up but it is good fun to see them feeding

I was told by my doctor that toddlers learn to feed themselves by 18 months old
