I work out about a half hour each day everyday, while eating i would say pretty healthy (no sweets, wheat instead of white, no pop and skim milk) i even taught myself to enjoy almost all veggies (i use to hate them), question is is my work out better or is exersizing (cardio kickboxing and abs, which is what im doing) for an hour 3-4 days a week better? any ideas? Not trying to lose weight, im trying to tone up from have my son 9 weeks ago.

I'm impressed by the regularity of your exercise. I understand (at least I think I do) that you want to tone your body. Aerobic exercise is a pretty good way to do this, but I'd also suggest maybe doing some bodyweight exercises to build some toned muscle. Your exercise routine sounds good, I'd just add regular pushups / crunches / squats and other exercises similar that can be done easily at home. Also adding a bit more protein to your diet does help, because its impossible to build muscle without protein. It will also help your body rebuild itself after exercise, and as you are not trying to lose weight it shouldn't be a problem in your diet.

It really depends on what you like to do best, because both activities are good for you. If you are trying to tone up, then i would go with the cardio.
